Ordered via NAPA..... here is the Grote web page :

I'm using 2 of the 'single' back-up lights (above) as it was cheaper than the 'twin' set-up (below).... go figure !

Yep... wife dropped it off at QC Universal in Salmon Arm yesterday.... just missed the weekly run for satin black

But the guys there will try & get it pulled in so I can have it back next week

Back to working on the storage rack.... and painting the garage.

Am also planning future projects now... they include a 8'x4' welding table & a hydraulic tube bender from these plans :

Hopefully by the time the snow flies I'll have the shop setup for some fab work over winter. Want to start on the off-road trailer then & build some stuff for my mates '04 Tacoma. Prob will be front & rear bumpers and some rock sliders.

When I get home I will look up the link for these tube bender plans I found on the net.... Saw some pics of a roll cage that someone built with that bender and it looks like it worked really well!!...and the plans are free!!

Got the bumper back from the powder coaters... and fitted for our trip to Calgary this weekend to collect the roof rack

I added a couple of strips to secure the rear bodywork too, other than that it went together as designed by Greg Davis.

It's my D90... came over from the UK with me when we emigrated. Bad news on the roof rack.... it's stuck in customs in Ontario, waiting on papers from the shipping brokers

So, will have to head to Calgary again in a week or so's time.... a real PITA as we had to go yesterday to take family to the airport.

Only got them wired up yesterday so not had change to test in the dark yet. Will post a pic once I do.
