Currently in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico, at a beautuful rental private suite. I plan to spend most of the Winter with Ajijic as a base, and when the temperature cools off next month, explore the Yucatan and Belize, and perhaps another vusit to the West Coast.

Driving on the pothole infested hiways and very narrow, very rough cobblestone streets is challenging and definitely hard on the suspension and steering components. But so far the heavyweight AWD SAFARI MOTORHOME seems to be holding up well.

Any travellers passing through Ajijic are welcome to contact me. Various degrees of HOSPITALITY is available.

While I originally planned to do a lot more rambling around in Mexico, exploring both coasts, I have settled in here quite nicely. So much to do here in Ajijic, that I have not felt the need to move on yet. At a minimum, will.be here till end of February, and may extend my lease till March. In fact, I am seriously questionig whether to go back to Canada in the Spring.

Not all who wander are lost ...
And many of us wander looking for ....? Someplace better?
But when you finally find that near perfect place to stop for a while,
It is hard to hit the road again.
