Pre-Christmas parts ordered. Waiting for my dual Webers to ship as well as an entire new exhaust system and some seals and gaskets. Not cheap but worth every penny come spring and it's on the road.

My engine bay likely won't be as clean from dust and such but it sure does look better under the hatch with that rats nests of FI system gone.

That is a clean set up! How are the Weber's to balance?

Should be pretty simple, I keep telling myself it'll be easier to tinker with carbs than get stuck when an injection component dies haha

Ya my engine won't look that spectacular as I'm not pulling/cleaning/rebuilding the engine just yet. But that is the same carb setup I will have just not so much shiney black and aluminum bits.

Certainly makes an engine look a lot better when all the FI system is removed, even working for VW I have no interest in supporting that early junk lol

FINALLY!!! picked up a box this morning full of shiny carb pieces and fuel pump. Started taking the engine apart last night is preparation.

Unfortunately after 2 months my exhaust pieces still have no ETA on when they will be available but at least I got something to do in the meantime.

If anyone would be interested in a sweet 2WD lifted van on all terrains with a full camper setup that sleeps 4 and has more new parts than I could probably list get in touch with me. I'm going to finish some things on it, tidy up some other stuff and list it for sale soon. Probably be is the $15k range but please feel free to ask questions and make offers.

It is currently insured and I have driven it up West Harrison a few weeks ago for a shakedown run. It's turn key and drive, awesome van built properly and running beautifully. I wouldn't sell it if I didn't have too.

**edit - free free to pass this along to anyone you know that might be interested on Facebook or whatever social media**
