Inaugural run of the rig with wife and kids was fun! Wife is grumpy because she hasn't anything legitimate to complain about now. Still no dimmer yet for LED lighting, but didn't seem to need it. Set up the annex for the first time. It's use full, but probably wont use it if I'm on my own. Gotta make up something for the shoe storage. I'm thinking adding shelving to the base of the RTT on either side of the ladder.

We just hange our shoes from the Velcro tie-down straps.

This RTT has the crappiest velco straps. I've got to replace them all with better straps. I've bought 2" ratchet strap for holding the weather cover down. Has anyone seen these tents? finally an original idea...or improvement of old one anyway. (maybe?)

It takes me less then 10 minutes without the Anex. That scatter downing it for two years and using it more then 30 times.

I agree with Jordy. About 10 min. I could do it in 5 if I didn't have to stand on tailgate and sliders, like when it's on the trailer. Annex is another 15 min. 10 if I can practice or have a hand. Kids are in training but they are short still.

Here is how I took care of my shoe storage issue... Used it over the course of 6 weeks this summer along the PNW and wouldn't change it one bit:
