Haha sweet, where is that trail? Looks kinda like vedder, but not really, and it looks fairly fresh.

Boyds Pit in Sooke. Been around for quite awhile. that was my first time riding a trail in years, so i have gotten a lot better, faster, and more fluid. will have to get the gopro out again when i get home. It's like having a seriously done up Jeep for crawling while still being able to load it up for overlanding heh

Try a trials tire out. They rock in the single track and I think some are DOT approved too.

got my skid plate finally, and the OLC stickers both installs completed. the skidplate is beefy. and light, good protection. should make life a little less sketchy!

bad news is that i got home pretty late from work on weds. in a lapse of judgement i left my luggage attached to the bike thinking it would be ok for one night. i was wrong. my luggage, bike cover, and a mirror got ripped off (literately, the attachment points where still attached to the bike)

Got my HBD hand guards installed! took a bit of work but very happy with the quality.

I have a gopro remote mount that is being made up for the hand-guards on the way. should be a good set-up. as you can see there is still quite a bit of mud on the bike from my incident...
