    Hey Mark want to trade trailers? What did you gain from lengthening the tongue ? I found I got far better mileage when I shortened the tongue on my utility trailer.

    dirty but good
    now just to get the repairs done

    2 reasons really, lengthen it to clear the swing out tire carrier, and so that you can jack knife the trailer a full 90 degrees if backing down a tight trail.

    Mark that looks great! Where did you go and have you tried taking the trailer on a tougher terrain? Dirty! I thought you painted it beige!!

    Thanks for the complements all. I just took it up East Harrison for a night to do a test run. The road is pretty smooth though. I haven't noticed any real difference in my mileage yet though but we will see...

    got the fenders all welded on
    then i had to take it for test drive make sure it still towed good

    your right it really needs those marker lights hooked up
    cant see it in the dark
