    Well, it worked out great!

Few minor issues. One of my marker light wires (that I put on at 9 pm the night before I went out) got pinched and blew the fuse on my head lights and instrument panel lights and also had a couple of screws shear off. Cheap Home Depot self tappers...

Apart from that, the only issue was the spray coming off the Jeep on the FSRs...I need to make up a spray/rock deflector next...

Glad to hear it got out for a run! I hear you on the spray/gravel. When Mike and I went out in September his trailer basically got sand/rock blasted by his BFG AT's. Good thing he put the checker plate on the battery box and nose. My Hankook MT's didn't really toss any rocks, but they sure threw a LOT of Dust and if it were wet, mud/water.

I am thinking removable "Prairie Schooner" or removable BIG truck mud flaps for trailer towing.

    How did it tow offroad?

It towed great. The tongue has been extended and is now adjustable. I will continue fine tuning the actual length as needed. I didn't notice any real loss of power while towing except a bit on steeper hills.

    Looked good set up too...

I'm interested in knowing how close to the tow vehicle's wheelbase the distance is between the trailer axle and the hitch when you've got it dialed in.
