Default 2011 V strom 650, fuel injected fun!

so its OFFICIAL. everything signed and date. now i just have to wait for the PDI to be done.

I just baught a 2011 V strom 650 got a pretty killer deal as its clearance time to make room for the 2012's and i got a cargo rack, hard case paniers, skid plate, and crash bars all thrown in for free ($1500 or so by my calculations).

so here is the exact bike, sorry wont have any of my own pictures until i actually pick it up.

in the pictures its shown with street tires, which i choose to keep on for now due to the high wear factor of the DS tires and i probably will be mostly doing street riding during the winter. i have a full set of proper DS tires so i can swap them out if i plan on doing any bike camping. this is what ill be aiming for when im done the "build" it will mostly just include adding some more storage and GPS and such..

definatly cant wait for baja now!

oh and i already have an OLC oval waiting to go on the back

Sweet man, not a bike guy myself but that's is a nice looking setup!

Better start riding it lots so you can build up the iron butt for Baja.

A friend of mine has a BMW GS something, nice bike but man are they heavy!
