    Default Roof Top Tent Storage

Mounted my RTT storage hoist in the garage today. Now I can easily mount and dismount the tent on my own. I used a Harken hoist. Wasn't cheap but it works very well.

OOh !!!!!! Garage Bling. Looks very good and solid Axel. The snatch block is 1 piece of serious looking hardware. Shouldn't have to worry about it coming down. Nice to finally be able to do some stuff like this in your garage now I bet.

I really like mine too, only problem I've found is that it's a bit difficult to pull slack into the hoist to unclip the straps once the tents on the truck roof.
Other than that it makes for an easy job of unloading/loading esp with the quick release brackets I made for the tent

Once we get the new tent from Autohome I'm going to get a 2 part zipped cover made for it, like the ones on Hanibal tents. So, setup should be even easier & quicker.

I noticed that right away as well but it's not a big deal.
