but your gonna have to explain the front bumper to me,I have seen it several times and just don't understand how you open the hood and why you need protection so far up the hood.

Welcome.. looks like you're our first H1 member...

That's some deep water.... don't think I'd want to drop my Suburban that deep... but the H1 may be built for a whole lot more abuse than they had planned for a Suburban!!!

Were I go ..I need the bumper ..saves me money on repair for the hood:D
must have some pics on file for opening the hood ..need to find them first will post;)

I have a very strange fascination with Hummers,I really like them but around here its too much like china shopping in a staypuff marshmallow man costume.There performance is unequalled for a stock truck but throw some money into any rig and it will perform as well (ish) I am more of an H2 guy even tho i know they are a tahoe with a different body.Not a fan of GM products.
I would love to go shotgun one day on a run tho to see first hand how they are in the real world.

ive always liked the H1's ive wanted one since i was a kid, but when i baught my truck i didnt have the funds for one, at least not one like yours. nice rig! FYI all those misconceptions of the H2 being a tahoe, and the H3 being a canyon are false, yes the BASE frame was designed from those trucks, but thats where the similarities stop, they are completly redisigned, strengthened, and so forth. they are a better chassis, i drove around an H3 while working at a dealership, nice vehicles i would definatly consider buying one if the price was right.

I like the new H3 pick up but my kids and wife think i am nuts.When i bought my truck i was looking at them and they said they wouldnt ride in it,I shoulda gone with it lol it woulda been a lot quieter by myself :D

Interesting videos was the rally a road rally? Did not see a lot of off road in there other than some interesting off trail parking. Unique music choice in the last one.

Was that first video on you're own land?

One day off-road 3 days trail ....same time next year...that is for sure:D
