Hood vent drip pan

Anybody know of a non metalic material that can handle underhood tempatures. It's going to be right above the distributer so I need to keep it dry and to reduce the chance of ignition arching. If I can shape it even better.

i have used the plastic from a older chevy fuel tank cover under the hood before on my 600hp gmc 1ton did not melt. used it as a shield for the coil to keep mud and water out
