If you're ever in the Princeton area, I'd recommend Bromley Rock Provincial Campground. We ended up there for one night on the July 2007 long weekend... and got one of the remaining 3 sites that night!
It was a pretty nice place, right on Hwy 3.... and was not overly loud considering it was right on the highway. It's right on the river and the water was very cold, but refreshing. I personally didn't jump in the water, but some of our group did... and by their reaction, I was glad I didn't!! It wasn't very hot by that time in the evening, but I'd imagine it would be a great refreshing experience if it was super hot out.
