Even though bacon may not be the best part of anyone's diet... everyone sure does love bacon. I ran across 2 of the craziest recipes I've seen for bacon.... now I just have to give them a try and see if I survive!

I've got a craving now for bacon wrapped scallops. So simple, yet so delicious.

My brother-in-law bbq'd a thanksgiving turkey, with bacon draped over the top. Best turkey I've EVER eaten. Far better than even deep fried turkey. Moist and tasty.

Dang, I think I'm going to have bacon wrapped chicken (stuffed with jalepeno havarti cheese) for supper.
