Finally ICBC settled my claim on the stolen Jetta... so I decided to get another Grand Cherokee for a daily driver. Kinda decided to look for a 4.0L inline 6 cylinder for a tiny bit better fuel economy than the V8... and this is what I got:

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo
4.0L inline 6 cyl with 245,000kms
Automatic trans with NP242 transfer case
Up Country Package:
- 3.73 gears with Limited Slip in rear axle (D35)
- front and rear tow points
- steering, t-case & fuel tank skids
- 1" factory lift
Has brand new 235/75/15 Long Trail TA's
Rancho Adjustable rear shocks
Borla Header
Performance Cat
Magnaflow Stainless Cat Back system
FAILED Aircare

So, got it home and made a quick assessment of the aircare readings and replaced the cat with a non-performance one (they basically have less catalyst material in the performance ones... and they're smaller), put a new OEM O2 sensor in it. Went to aircare, and passed.

Here is what it looks like as of today parked in front of my house.

So when I brought the Jeep home... it looked just like this with roof racks, chrome hitch cover (yuk) and Pirates of the Caribbean bobble head thingy for the antenna....

So... anyways, the bobble on the antenna, the ski racks and chrome hitch cap are already gone. Just have to work on that annoying Magnaflow system... too loud. Loud exhaust just doesn't sound good unless it's a V8 or a crazy 4 cylinder. AND I hate exhaust tips... not my thing. So something will have to happen with all of that pretty quick.

Anyhow, these pics will be updated when I at least wash it all up etc.. and I'll only have a couple of pics posted.

At least this pinstripe is not painted on like my 94 Jeep... and that one is a gold pinstripe!!!

I should be able to remove this one fairly easily!!

You will never lose the pin stripe I bet the paint under it is a different shade totally.
