Would be great to see some 255/85R tires in action offroading.

I Can`t find any video`s, but that doesn`t make them a bad choice right?

Try looking for land Rovers, there a common fit on D90's & 110's.... used to have them on mine ;)

Think I found one

If you look at about 12:20 into the video you can see how the slim`s grabbed instead of sliding down the hill. That`s 1 for the slim`s

Would like to see them on rocks and dry hills....

Here is another, but these are light custom mini rigs in wet mud.
Looks like another win for the tall skinny`s.

They look like Simex JT's or ET's... used lots in Europe for comps, mostly challenge type of events in mud & more mud. You won't see them too much on rocks as there quite narrow, about 10" or so.

I run this size on my Patrol, love them. I don't have many videos, might be easier to join me on my next outing? But here's what I've got:

I could probably find some while crossing mud patch, I'd have to look

Cheers,

A little late but... Interco (http://www.intercotire.com/tires.php?id=9&g=1) has a great selection of skinny tires.

I have had my SSR's for 4 years now. very happy and still loads of tread left

LT255/85R16 (7.4 x32.7) Like bicycle tires! Just don't go round corners to fast!

IIRC, they roughly work out to 33x10". LR

Edit: http://www.intercotire.com/tires.php?id=11

32.7x10.1" for the TrXus MTs, perfect for my Ranger
