huh? whats wrong with the knuckle? I can bet Jeremy had pulled it all apart and had it rebuilt somewhat recently. With some pictures you could probably R &R it with a while new knuckle in an hour. It's a messy job tho.

Oops - left out the part about the seal there leaking, causing gunk to cover my brake rotor/caliper/pads on that side. She's starting to pull to one side under heavy braking.

It all had been recently done prior to getting the truck - but since then we've logged almost 10,000 km off pavement, and many many more on pavement

go with the marlin seals. my axles were slightly worn where the seal rides so oem were alittle sloppy and leaky. The marlin version moves the sealing lip as well as builds it alittle stouter. i rebuilt my knuckles after 25 years of neglect fighting to get it all apart then solvent tanked and painted full meal deal took me a weekend.
Its maybe a 3 out of 5 banana job for a backyard guy.

Yeah get the Marlin seals and Toyota king pin bearings (ones on top and bottom on the hub. The Wheel bearings are Toyota and will be fine with a re-grease. Also look at getting the Longfiled felt eliminator kit.
Doing both sides should take a day, its quite easy once you have done a few.

Also stay away from the TG parts, I started with them and by the time I sold it to you the only parts in the knuckles left that where TG where the seals that you now have leaking. OEM or better is the only way to go.

Yeah if you want I can help you out/do it. Are you wanting to do both sides or just the one leaking?
Depending when we do it I may be able to make that tire carrier of you still want too.
