So just wanna know how many of us take their kids wheeling with them? I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. This will be the first year I have had a real 4X4 and wanna get out and wheel as much as possible. I just wonder if my kids are gonna be bored or if they are gonna like it. How have your experiences been wheeling with the kiddies.
I personally think that if I start them now that they will be that much more interested when they are older.
I always have the DVD player for backup :)

You only have a couple more years and then they won't want to have anything to do with you. If you want to get them interested in something you have to forbid them from doing it!:D In fact you should start giving them drugs and alcohol early so they lose interest in it soon.

hahahaha there is a point there AXELR ! just put the windows down and tilt the truck every once in a while their at an age where they will have fun anyways plus you cant go wrong with the dvd... i dont have kids but i took my nephews... they were 5 and 6... they had a blast!
My 4 yr old loves heading out, he just gets inmpatient on the smooth road and keeps asking when it's going to get rough. He's always asking when we're going 4x4ing again.
I haven't taken my daughter out yet she's younger and is into princess's and dora. My wife agreed that she probably won't enjoy it yet, maybe next year or later this year.

Last year was the first time I took my 4 year old (he's 5 now)... and did 1 daytrip to warm him up... he loved it. Then took him on an overnighter on the Whipsaw trail... he loved it. Then one more daytrip... again, same stuff. He's looking forward to this year. Also this year I'm going to take my 2.5 year old.... was supposed to go this weekend, but my Jeep has issues... so not sure if I'll make it.
Both boys... and the younger one is totally pumped to go.
Edit: On the last trip of last year, my 4 year old was asking for big splashes and bumps.... so if we were on a FSR, he was getting bored.

I don't think Macyn and Mitchel are the ones you need to worry about Chris. I think they'll have a blast. I'd be more worried about Angie. Hopefully she'll like it.:D Looking forward to taking the kids :camping:

Ya I think your right bro. Angie will be the one to get warmed up to the idea. I think that the kids will like it though. Whipsaw is gonna be a good test. :)
