Just came across this in the newest Trucks Plus magazine. I had seen these a couple of years ago and forgotten how cool they are.
The AEV Brute kit for Jeeps. I think these would make awesome hunting vehicles, although rather more expensive than an ATV or Suzuki Samurai eh?

That is very cool. I see them in the JP magazine here and there... looks like a very expensive kit... but super cool. Waiting for the SUT kit for the Grand Cherokee to come out! :D

DeWalt already makes that kit Kelly! It's called the ''Reciprocating Saw" and comes with extra blades. You provide the kahunas to do the cutting though. Let's get on it! :poke:

Wow... just checked their site... $8995 for the Brute kit.... WOW! I guess when you think about what all it comes with: cab closeout, bed, mid and rear frame extensions, brake and fuel lines etc... it's a lot of stuff. Very nice though... I'm impressed.
Very cool trucks, always liked them. The price doesn't surprise me, it doesn't take long to get up to 9 grand in parts if you get in an accident.

buy a $10000 TJ, get the $9000 Brute kit, add a few extras and it still wouldnt cost you as much as a new truck. and you now have a very capable offroad 'Truck'....i love em. something to think about for the next purchase.
