Well I was bored today so I thought I would get around to fixing my tcase mount issue. Since I put in the dual tcases and 4.7:1 tcase gears the torque has been ripping the stock tcase mounts apart.

They were getting sloppy to the point that the tcase contacts the cross member when I accelerate.

So 4xInnovations has a sturdier one that I picked up on Yotatech.

Got it mounted. It is very rigid. I'm pretty certain it'll correct the sloppiness issue. I'll just have to see how much driveline vibration it is going to transfer to the cab. If it is excessive then I might replace the poly bushings with rubber ones but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Maybe test drive it Sat.

No more of that bonded rubber mount... very nice. I can imagine the torque pulling apart the bonded ones over time.

Like I said on the other thread... I'll have to see what your 4,000,000:1 crawl ratio is like.... maybe push me over the edge to put a multi-speed Atlas t-case on my wish list!!
